Concept List Downloads and Uploads

Users may download or upload Concept Lists from the Project Management page. The file used for Concept List Management includes the Concept Label, the HEX code assigned to the concept, the concept definition with quotes around each term, and the Shared Concept List Name.

Users may view and sort by concept prevalence rank in Volume, in addition to the match count frequency. Prevalence represents how often a term is used in the dataset compared to how often that term is expected in natural language.
