- After you are provisioned with access to Compass, you will receive an email with login details from support@luminoso.com. Some filters may send these emails to your spam folder. If you do not receive this email, please submit a ticket.
- Go to us-compass.luminoso.com using Google Chrome. Google Chrome is the only fully supported browser for Compass, though you may also use Firefox or Safari.
- Enter a username and a password using the username and password information provided in the email from.
Note: Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. - Click Log In. Compass opens.
Note: You will not be prompted to change your password when you log in for the first time, but you can change your password after logging in to Compass for the first time. For additional information, read Updating your Compass password.
