What sources of data can I analyze in Compass?

You can analyze any streaming data you have access to, including call center transcripts, chat, social conversation or data from an internal system.

To analyze data, you will need to submit it via the API (integrating with an internal system).  Once a project has been created and the "Project Configuration" screen displays, you will be able to view the technical details (URL and token) you will need to submit messages via the Luminoso Compass API.
