New features

• Notice section: notice a word or concept that Daylight was originally ignoring (by design). For instance, numbers or brand names. Notice X and treat it as a concept. 

Rules for Science Assertions:

• A concept cannot be in both “Notice” and “Ignore”.  Whichever was defined first should take precedence, and the other should not be allowed.
• A concept that is part of an existing “Merge” definition cannot be added to “Ignore”
• A concept may only be “Merged” into one concept.
  • If ConceptA is “merged” with ConceptB, then ConceptA cannot be “merged” with ConceptC
  • If ConceptA is “merged” with ConceptB, it is okay for ConceptC to also be “merged” with ConceptB.
