What documents count towards my document limit?
Your document limit is the number of documents your contract allows you to upload into Daylight. If your document limit is too low, contact your Luminoso Customer Success Manager to discuss an increase.
Actions that add to your document count
Uploading any documents to a new Daylight project. All new project documents add to your document count.
Uploading new documents to an existing project. All new documents are added to your document count.
Actions that do not count against your document limit
Creating a project from matches in an existing product.
Rebuilding an already existing project.
View your document usage
Users with the Workspace Admin role and above can view their workspace and organization document usage in Daylight on the Usage tab.
- Log in to Daylight.
- Access the Settings page by clicking the dropdown next to Projects in the ribbon or next to your username at the top right and selecting Settings from the menu. The Settings page opens.
- Click Usage in the Settings menu. The Usage tab opens.
- On the Usage tab, view your organization's total documents used, document limit, and billing period. Expand the columns to see which workspaces uploaded documents in a given month.
